Drift Golf Club - Home of the PGA Southern Open

MAKING GOOD DAYS GREAT

Nestling at the foot of the North Surrey Hills between historic Guildford and Leatherhead, the Drift Golf club is still just 20 miles from the centre of London.

Once part of the Lord Onslow estate, the course was sympathetically created in the mid-70's by Sir Henry Cotton and architect Robert Sandow. The par 73 18-hole course is 6,425 yards long and makes use of the mature oak woodlands that it rests in. Strategically placed water hazards and bunkers along with tree lined fairways makes accuracy a premium and the course rewarding for all standards of play.

Golf in this area of Surrey leaves you with a feeling of peace and tranquillity and you will often be accompanied on your round by deer, foxes and pheasants.

The Drift is the perfect choice for golf in Guildford with a reputation for one of the friendliest memberships in Surrey. A warm welcome awaits all.

So whether it is as casual visitor, corporate event, society day with friends or to attend a function, at the Drift we aim to turn a good day into a great day.
