New Chef and Director of Golf

We are pleased to welcome two new members of staff to the club over the last month. Director of Golf, Tom Agnew and Executive Chef, Andy Clarke. Tom will be working directly with General Manager Tom, overseeing the majority of the golf operation here at the club with a particular focus initially on our fantastic Range and Academy. Andy has come from a rich background of cooking and those of you who have dined with us over the last month will, I’m sure, agree the food produced by our team of Chefs has continued to be excellent. Andy is currently reviewing all the menus, so keep an eye out for his refreshed bar specials, his home baked cakes and for those organising events, his creative function menus.
